Shipping and Returns Policy.

New Zealand Delivery

Our standard shipping rate nationwide is $6.00 NZD.

Delivery Times

We endeavour to dispatch orders within 1-2 days after your order is placed. Orders received on a Friday or over the weekend will be sent out on Monday.

We use NZ Post for our deliveries and aim to deliver within 3 working days, however as delivery is not under our direct control we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes.

If you believe there is an issue with the delivery of your package then please contact us directly.

Special or Custom Orders

If you have a special or custom order, turnaround times may vary. Please contact us directly for an estimated dispatch time.

Tracking

When we have sent your parcel you will receive an email with the link to your tracking details.

Returns

For health and safety reasons we do not offer returns if you change your mind. If any item arrives damaged or faulty then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will endeavour to replace the item for you or organise a refund.
